Rugtex of Florida, Inc was found in 1971 and since then it has been dedicated to floor coverings in general. We have been serving all residents between the Florida Keys to the West Palm Beach area for 50 years. We provide a large selection of flooring such as carpet, hardwood, vinyl and laminate floors. 

We treat our clients like family by giving them confidence and fulfill their wishes to have floors of extreme elegance and comfort, but above all we meet their expectations. We work with our clients directly face to face, always offering them what they want and need at the price they can afford. 

We work with architects and designers giving them access to specific products for special projects whether commercial or residential. We have worked with many south Florida builders for many years and have the best knowledge of flooring!

Rugtex of Florida, Inc was created by Juan Pinon. Prior to starting this business in 1971, the founder and sole owner worked for one of the largest carpet companies in the east of the USA, “Miami Rug Company”. He started out as a warehouse assistant and worked his way up to the position of warehouse administrator. During his 19 years there he learned about installing, selling and occupying the position of warehouse manager. The work that he carried out for so many years inspired him to create his own company which he has led with great respect, integrity and affection, of which can be said of his own life, “Rugtex of Florida, Inc”.

Our store is located close to the Palmetto Expressway and Miami Turnpike.
